Bike Show Rules and Guidelines for Registration For the 2018 ABATE of Sioux Falls Motorcycle EXPO

Registration for 2018 is $13 for ABATE members or $25 for non-ABATE members. (Includes 1 free admission)

1. No “FOR SALE” signs in the bike show. Bikes for sale will be staged separately and will not be judged as part of the bike show.

2. All bike show spots will be 8' X 8'. If a bike requires more than a single 8' X 8' space, an additional spot will need to be purchased.

3. Bike show entries do include 1 free admission per 8’ X 8’ spot into the Expo.

4. Bikes will need to be at the show and ready to display by 9:30 AM, Saturday, May 12. No entries will be accepted after that time.

6. Bikes will not be allowed to be removed from the show until 4 PM Sunday, May 13, after the show has ended.

7. All Bikes must be reasonably clean before entering the building.

8. Abate of Sioux Falls, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entrance of any bike it deems unnecessary and/or non-show worthy.

9. Due to limited space, we may sell your reserved spot if you do not show up to claim it by Saturday, 9:00 AM.

10. There will be no refunds on reserved spots unless the show is sold out & we were able to re-sell your spot.

Professional, overnight security will be provided during the course of the event.
