2017/2018 Youth Services Directory ForewordThe Brimbank/Melton Local Learning and Employment Network (BMLLEN) is an independent not for profi t organisation funded by the Victorian Government, Department of Education (DET).Our aim is to improve education, training and employment outcomes for young people in the municipalities of Brimbank and Melton.BMLLEN is governed by a Committee of Management which is made up of a range of people from industry, government, education and training providers, and the local community. We are a strategic networking organisation that brokers partnerships for and between education and training providers, businesses and industry, community organisations, parents and families, and young people, to achieve our strategic goals.
