Bonjour Year 7!
Today we will revise how to conjugate verbs in the present tense, and we will also
revise vocabulary for talking about our hobbies.

Revision – can you remember all the subject pronouns in French? Match up the English with the French, write both down in your book.

Revision – spend some time committing the verb endings to memory. Please copy the table down into your book ☺

Now let’s test ourselves – can you pick the verb with the correct ending for a-f? Write the letter, the subject pronoun and the correct

Jouer and faire are important verbs for talking about hobbies!
Task 510 minutes
Aller and faire – copy the green box into your book. Then have a go at matching up the letter a-f with the correct translation 1-6.

These are all the important irregular verbs we have learned so far. Spend some time revising them, you can write them out in your book
or on your whiteboard if you like (optional).
