Conduct HR functions by building career development, coaching, performance write ups, and new hire orientation/onboarding Develop sanitation schedules to maintain an average score of 950 out of 1000 on the AIB food safety audits. Site Lead/Product Supply Lead July 2010 – July 2011 Conducted inventory control of over 1000 stock keeping units (SKU) of product resulting in an average of 65K cases weekly. Managed inventory waste to ensure waste goals of $9 per 1000 cases shipped were met on a weekly basis. Ensured that internal product levels supported sales team forecasted plans and standards. Led the VIP/PTMP in product execution planning, setting demand signals, and ordering product to support market promotions.
