Facility Operations Manager Lead an average of 35 hourly employees in warehouse operations ranging from administrative to pre-
delivery functions. Oversee day to day activities performed by 2 Warehouse Leads. Reconcile payroll for 35 member team and resolve discrepancies prior to submittal to human resource

Site Lead/Product Supply Lead July 2010 – July 2011 Conducted inventory control of over 1000 stock keeping units (SKU) of product resulting in an
average of 65K cases weekly. Managed inventory waste to ensure waste goals of $9 per 1000 cases shipped were met on a weekly
basis. Ensured that internal product levels supported sales team forecasted plans and standards. Led the VIP/PTMP in product execution planning, setting demand signals, and ordering product to
support market promotions. Controlled active sales ticket transactions between operations and sales departments.
