Brocars Accident Management’s main aim is to make the life of the motorist easier. We understand that being without your vehicle through no fault of your own can be an extremely stressful event.

Brocars Accident Management is in a unique position to take away all your worries by handling all aspects of your claim on your behalf with no costs to yourself.

Fleet Servicing

Our servicing network developed from looking after the servicing needs of our many corporate customers whose fleets we manage. The amount of vehicles we look after meant we have secured very competitive rates with franchised and approved service centres throughout the UK.

With our recent appointment of Kwik-Fit as our national tyre supplier we can now offer a comprehensive service product to reduce the costs of servicing your fleet plus making the process much more time effective.

Your fleet servicing is incorporated into our on-line system and you receive one monthly bill showing the work done.

Short Term Rental

Brofleet has over 300 vehicles which we use exclusively to help keep our fleet mobile. Whether a new starter, awaiting a new vehicle or simply a short term requirement, this service is available to our fleet customers.

The cost is considerably less than using a daily rental plan.

October sees the launch of Brocars Accident Management which adds an additional service to our por olio of automotive services.

Brocars PLC has bought the business of Elite Hire Cars Limited from Acton Coachworks and we will continue to service their customers and add our own.

For anyone that is fortunate to have not had a motor vehicle accident you may not be aware of the services that our Accident Management company can provide.

Please read our brief details below and if you have any questions or would like us to process a claim please do not hesitate to contact one of our Claims Handlers who will be happy to assist you.

Being involved in an accident which was not your fault can be an extremely distressing and upse ng time. Brocars Accident Management can take that stress away. We can be your first point of call in the first instance of the accident.

Our freephone number directs you to one of our experienced claim handlers who will assess your call by taking down the details of your accident. If your vehicle is non-driveable we will arrange recovery to one of our approved accident repair centres and place you in a replacement vehicle if liability is not an issue.

Contact will be made directly with the third parties insurance company and once liability is accepted and repair authorisation received, repairs will begin on your vehicle.

By using Brocars Accident Management we see your claim all the way through from accident to repair to returning your vehicle to you.

Wouldn't it be good to know all of your servicing costs in advance? Well, that's exactly what Brofleet Service Inclusive provides. Brofleet Service Inclusive lasts for 3 years based on a predicted yearly mileage. It covers all of your vehicle's servicing requirements.

Alterna vely you can choose Brofleet Service Inclusive Total, which in addi on to servicing also covers maintenance items such as brake pads, brake discs, windscreen wipers and tyre replacements due to wear and tear.

All work covered by Brofleet Service Inclusive will be carried out by fully qualified Approved Technicians who only use Genuine manufacturer Parts. An extensive network of Brofleet Service Authorised Workshops na onwide are wai ng for your call, so you can be sure that you will be able to have your vehicle a ended to as soon as any work is required.

Pay As You Go Service

You can call us free on 0800 612 4094 or request a service on-line – one of our advisors will then book in your car on a date that is convenient to you.

Your car is booked into one of our na onwide network of franchised and approved service centres to be serviced as per the manufacturer service schedule using original manufacturer parts, making sure your warranty is protected.

If there is any addi onal work required, one of our advisors will always seek prior authorisa on from you before any work is done. The work is only carried out if you agree to the addi onal cost and work. When the car service is complete, one of our advisors will contact you to take payment by phone via credit or debit card.
