AUTHORIZATION LETTER Date:……………… To, Mr. ………………. ……………………… ……………………… ……………………… Dear Mr…………., We hereby appoint you as our facilitator for booking/ facilitating sale of spaces in our residential project “Urban Young” situated at Plot No. TS-04 (G.H.-05, G.H.-04, G.H.-03, G.H.-02), Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida on following terms and conditions: 1. Your appointment will be effective from the date of execution of this letter and shall continue for period of 1 (one) year, unless earlier terminated. 2. You shall use your best endeavor to develop business, promote sales and sell the spaces on behalf of the Company. 3. The sales shall be made at such prices as the Company may establish from time to time. The rates prevailing at the time of booking shall apply. 4. For booking/facilitating sale/ leasing/ sub-leasing of spaces in said complex, you will use only the application forms provided by Company for this purpose. All persons who seek allotment of spaces in said project (i.e., intending buyers/ lessees/ sub- lessees) shall have to opt for any of the payment plans offered by Company.

You will receive all payments from intending sub-lessees only through cheques/drafts/pay orders issued only in the name of M/s Cosmic Structures Limited payable at New Delhi.7. You will submit all booking/ application forms along with relevant documents and cheque/draft towards booking amount in the Company office within twenty four hours of making the booking.8. You will be entitled to fee/ commission @ ------------ (of the basic selling price) for the sales made which shall be payable in following manner:

9. All commissions payable to you shall be paid on the effective basic price for allotment of spaces in said complex i.e., after deduction/adjustment of all discounts and statutory levies & taxes by whatever name.10. All commissions payable to you shall be inclusive of all present and future taxes (including service tax) as applicable on such commissions.11. All commissions payable to you shall be paid within 7 working days of receipt of invoice by the Company.12. Company shall not be liable to pay any interest on the amount of commission including on the ground of delay in payment thereof.13. In case the Company gives any discount to any intending buyer(s) on your recommendation, Company shall be entitled to adjust and/or deduct amount equivalent to such discounts from the amounts/commissions payable to you.14. You may at your own cost conduct marketing activities for making bookings of spaces in said project. It is made clear that all marketing/branding matter (in any medium, whatsoever) must be approved by the Company prior to it being released to the general public.15. This Authority Letter does not entitle you to enter into negotiations, sign contracts or otherwise engage in activities on Companys behalf.16. It is assumed that for all bookings submitted by you, the customer has accepted to abide by the terms and conditions of the Application Form and Builder Buyer Agreement. No requests for change/ variation/ amendment in the Application Form/ Builder Buyer Agreement shall be entertained by the Company.17. The Company reserves the right to terminate your appointment for any reason whatsoever after serving one months advance notice.We welcome and wish you a very successful career in our organization.For Cosmic Structures Ltd.
