Able to set Continual Service Improvement (CSI) model by initiating Service Improvement plan (SIP) Able to define & put practice a number of other Processes from various function – HR , Sales , Presales, Logistics etc.. Companywide initiative for CRM tool Able to define Skill Matrix for a team. Able to spread awareness of Processes within organization.
