Meet‐the‐Parents Session 2019 (P1 & 2)  

1. We would like to invite you to our second Meet‐the‐Parents (MTP) Session 2019.  During this session, you will be able to meet with the Form Teacher for a brief discussion of your daughter’s / ward’s progress.  

 2. The details of the session are as follows: 

Date:     7 or 8 November 2019 (Thursday or Friday) Time:    2pm to 5.30pm  Venue:    Your daughter’s / ward’s classroom  

3. In order to meet as many parents as possible, each conference session would last no longer than 15 minutes.   

4. Your child’s/ward’s Form Teacher will not hand you your daughter’s/ward’s  report book on Thursday, 7 November 2019 or Friday, 8 November 2019 when she/he meets you. If you are not able to meet the Form Teacher  on  those  dates,  please  call  or  email  the  Form  Teacher  to make  alternative  arrangements.  The teacher’s  email  address  can  be  obtained  from  the  school’s  website (https://chijourladyofthenativity.moe.edu.sg/school‐information/about‐us/school‐staff/form‐teachers). 

 5. Please note that your daughter’s subject and Mother Tongue teachers will not be able to meet you on those 

days. They will provide feedback to your child/ward’s Form Teacher to convey to you.   

6. Please also note that your daughter is NOT required to come with you.  

7. You can make your bookings to meet the Form Teacher via MC online only. The booking details can be found in Annex A. Online booking will begin on Friday, 7 October 2019 (8.00am) and close on Friday, 18 October 2019 (8.00am). 

 To register your  booking, please login to MC online: Log‐in ID: p_CHIJOLNxxxxxx(x is your child’s last 6 characters of her BC number) / your current ID Password: parent01 (Parents will be prompted to change password upon login) /your current password  

8. Do also note that due to space constraints in our school compound, there are no parking facilities in school for parents; please park your car in the nearby HDB car park (Blk 465A).  

 9. We strongly encourage all parents/guardians to be at this meeting. We look forward to meeting you to share 

your daughter’s / ward’s progress.
