Information

KAME engineering was founded in 1998 as a company of mechanical engi-neering & consultants. Our business is based on the long-standing experi-ence of its owner Josef Kamleitner and our engineers. A major focus is on engineering services in the field of metallurgical technolo-gy, the planning of rolling- & steel plant components, equipments for the ma-chining and handling of sheet metal in the steel industry. We also carry out planning work for the chemical industry, energy enginee-ring and water treatment plants in our office. Our know-how in the areas of maintenance, modernization and process opti-mization of industrial plants guarantees to our customers that the machines and plants planned by us also have a high degree of availability and mainte-nance-friendliness in addition to functionality. In addition to design, construction and calculations, we are also active in pro-ject planning, project management and consulting. Calculations, FEM analyzes, event analyzes and dynamic simulations are possible with our modern CAD + calculation programs.

Services

Analysis

Determine all specific requirements and wishes. Recording of all project-related conditions on the spot, as well as on stock drawings.

Concept development With tried and tested technologies, a plant concept is created that meets the customer requirements.

Layout & Scheduling Implementation of the mature concept on the basis of the local conditions to a plant layout. Customer wishes are included be-fore the final layout is fixed together with the customer.

Design construction The planned machines, plants and components are designed in detail. The entire design is carried out on our CAD systems (Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD).

Detailed design On the basis of the design drawings, all the detail drawings re-quired for the production as well as the corresponding parts lists are created.

Parts procurement On request, we provide the requisite request documents for our customers and provide the competent manufacturing com-panies for the production and assembly. We also carry out pro-gress control checks, production monitoring and acceptance tests for our customers.

Installation, commissioning Pre-assembly, pre-commissioning and test are either accom-panied by the production company or directly with our custo-mers and carried out. The final commissioning and acceptance takes place by the customer.

Documentation Creation of functional descriptions, operating instructions, re-placement and wear parts, as well as maintenance instructions
