Improvement Sundering Proses, Engineering Department
Report : Improvement implemented by designing a new machine that is able to clean the bolts in the amount of mass. The new engine is a Clean LG Machine uses a system of work as in washing machines, which use a wire brush for cleaning dirt on the bolts and a motor as the driving of a wire brush. By way of working, enter 20-25 bolt into the machine simultaneously and turn on the machine so that the rotating wire brush and able to clean thread on the bolt.
