From Monday 11th May, we will be back to regular school

for Kindy to Yr 12 with face to face teaching accessing the curriculum in class.

Winter Uniforms to be worn by students.

No Online Teaching from next week, however parents are still welcome to use their own judgement in deciding whether to send their children to school or keep them at home.

Dale Charter of Commitment to Students YEAR 5 SCIENCE

Year 5s have been learning

about solids, liquids and gases in

science.

On Tuesday we did an

experiment to test the viscosity

of liquids.

We dropped a marble in 3

different liquids - water, oil and

honey. We timed how long it

took the marble to drop to the

bottom. We repeated this

3 times and took the average

time for each liquid.

The one that surprised us the

most was honey.

Financial Information SCHOOL FEES IN TERM TWO

The School Board has approved financial assistance to our School community by waiving half of the tuition fees for term two. The balance is to be paid by the end of the term.

Tuition fees will be invoiced in week five at 50% of the total quarterly amount.

Account statements will be sent. The balance payable will be shown on the statement.

Payment is due at the end of the term.

Quarterly direct debits will be updated by the School.

Weekly, fortnightly and monthly direct debits will be unchanged. Families can pay the fees in advance and complete their payment earlier in the year or should you need to change your payment arrangement, please contact the School office to discuss or send an email. A note from the library Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation in these different and difficult times.

Thank you also to everyone who has been able to return library books from last term.

If you haven't already, please can you return any books from last term. Library borrowing will be available for students again from next week, week 3.

Overdue notes will be going home as a reminder by the end of this week. Please email the school if you are unable to return books yet for any reason.
