What is a LOGO…A Graphical Mark that represents something.

There are 3 types of logos…WORDMARKWhich are made of

TEXT…

which are GRAPHIC and/or SYMBOLIC,

& there are logos that are combinations of both…

The purpose of a logois to create a memorable image

in the mind of the viewer.

A good logo should be….

Original...and should clearly convey the desired

message.

Be CREATIVE in your LOGO design…

Try to represent the ESSENCEof WHO you really are.

Getting started….1st - BRAINSTORM concept ideas….

What do you want your logo to SAY about you?

each time they see it.

2nd – make a list of symbols you see everyday.

What UNIQUE SYMBOL might convey your individual identity?

Consider various designs for your INITIALS...

Combine an Image with a Letter…

A Shield or Coat of Arms….

Now… go figure out who you are……and how you want to

express that to the world.
