• AFRC and NHC will work issues and make necessary IT changes to accommodate the software update

– 53rd WRS: funding to support CHAT and Winter Storm missions

• OFCM will facilitate actions between NORTHCOM, AFRC, and NOAA to identify funding source(s)

– OFCM will work with NOAA & AFRC to facilitate update of the Memorandum of Agreement (last updated 2000)

» EMC developing requirements document» OFCM will coordinate with NWS and 53rd WRS for AXBT and

other associated equipment/system requirements to facilitate funding for this mission

• Satellite Ocean Surface Vector Winds Operational Requirements– Status: Executive Secretary to WG/HWSOR will draft advocacy

letter ASAP, on behalf of National Hurricane Forecast and Warning Program (i.e., IHC), for the Federal Coordinator’s signature to be sent to NOAA/NESDIS
