(4 weeks) Summer B Thu 6:30 - 7:30 pm F $34 CARDIO TABATA (Bremen St.) Cardio Tabata is a group training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol. (4 weeks) Summer B Sat 10:00 - 11:00 am F $34 TAE KWON DO (Bremen St.) Tae Kwon Do is both an art and a philoso- phy. Classes start at 6+ and are appropriate for beginner adults. Summer A Sat 12:00 - 1:00 pm F:$58 P: $85 NM: $117 BOXING FOR FITNESS (Bremen St.) Boxing based fundamentals class focused on proper skills and techniques to build and im- prove fitness through boxing. No experience necessary; gloves or hand wraps required. Summer A Wed 7:00 - 8:00 pm F $85 CYCLE AND ABS: Led by Mad Dogg in- structor, Charlene Peters, these 60 minute classes will be a total body workout con- sisting of a great cardio workout, toning and muscle sculpting and ending with a great stretch. M: $45 Summer A Sun 8:00 -9:00 am (Ashley Street) Thu 8:00 - 9:00 pm (Ashley Street) *Option to do 1/2 session available SUMMER BOOT CAMP is back at the East Boston Y!
