SESSIONSUMMER SUMMER

Summer CampCamp Hudson At Camp Hudson, your child will have the chance to experience a summer of fun, and a lifetime of memories. Activities such as arts and crafts, swimming, sports, skits and songs, Healthy Kids curriculum and exciting field trips provide endless opportunities to improve self-esteem and make friends that last a lifetime.

Camp Hudson Little Tikes This specialty camp is great for your little one to build a foundation with YMCA summer camp memories. Weekly themes, walking trips, arts and crafts, games, songs and more will give your child the opportunity to grow socially, physically, and educationally all while having great fun!

YBL Rookie Camp This camp will give your basketball star an opportunity to develop their skills. Campers will learn the fundamentals of rules, teamwork, shooting, passing, offense and defense in this one week camp using both drills and games.

YBL Pro Camp This basketball camp is for the players who want to take their skills to the next level. This camp will not only focus on the fundamentals of basketball, but will also focus on techniques and concepts that will better prepare you for playing at the next level.

Youth Volleyball Camp This camp will focus on the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, and game play. Campers will begin the week with basic skills and progress towards offense and defensive strategy.

Jr High Volleyball Camp This camp is for students preparing for Jr. High teams and will focus on serving, passing, attacking, offense and defense. The beginning of the week, campers will focus serving, passing, attacking, and setting, and increase to the top level by the end of the week.

TRXTRX One Time Fee TRX is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise-because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TRX? • Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout • Helps build a rock-solid core • Increases muscular endurance • Benefits people of all fitness levels

American Red Cross Babysitter TrainingAmerican Red Cross Babysitter's Training can give you the skills and confidence to be a great babysitter by learning how to:• Be a good leader and role model• Make good decisions.• Care for and understand kids• Respond in an emergency• Perform basic child care and first aid• Write a resume and interview for a job

Training will be held June 2nd-June 6th 10:30am-1:30pm (there will be a lunch break). Participants must bring their own lunch. Lunch will not be provided.

Course Fee: $59 for YMCA Members / $108 for Program Participants.

There is an optional pocket first aid kit available for $2.95. Fee will be taken at time of registration. July training TBD

Outdoor Fitness ClassesAthletic Training for YouthThis Athletic training class will keep your child in top shape and help with Athletic Performance. It's a combination of exercises that will contribute to increase in speed, strength, agility, explosiveness and injury prevention. FREE for YMCA members $25 for non members Tuesday 4:30pm-5:15pm.

Outdoor Summer Bootcamp Wednesday's at 9:15am -10:05am (weather permitting) will be taken indoors if needed. Enjoy the great outdoors while performing athletic drills, running drills, circuits and more!

Outdoor Family Bootcamp Thursday's at 5:30pm-6:10pm (weather permitting). Workout as a family doing a variety of fun drills and basic skills! Fun for all ages

Weekend Walking club. Get your weekend started off with a brisk walk around the Oswego area. Walk will be anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Beginners welcome. Saturday's 7:30am. Must sign up 24 hours in advance.

Sports and RecreationMen's Basketball League A basketball league for men who are at least eighteen years of age and out of high school. This league welcomes both the competitive, as well as the recreational player.

Youth Volleyball Class Youth volleyball teaches the basic volleyball fundamentals such as serving, bumping, passing and setting. Towards the end of the session, strategy and game play will also be introduced.

Adult Dodgeball League A dodgeball league for men and women who are at least eighteen years of age and out of high school. This league welcomes both the competitive, as well as the recreational player.

Youth T-ball League Youth T-ball will teach participants the basic fundamentals, such as hitting, catching, and throwing. League will consist of practices and games.

Preschool Sports

Mighty Kid's Sports An introductory, preschool sports class for children aged 3-5. This class, instructed by sports staff, will focus on introducing the basic skills to a number of different sports. These sports include, but are not limited to, basketball, soccer, hockey, and football.

Little Dribblers An introductory, preschool sports class for children aged 3-5. This class, instructed by sports staff, will focus on introducing the basic skills of basketball.

Ballet I This class is designed for first time ballerinas. This is a beginner class for ballet.

Ballet II This class is progressive from Ballet I. The concepts and skills taught will be more challenging than Ballet I.
