2 special positions (m/w) for work reintegration after parent leave (filled at the
moment)
for mothers or fathers with good experience in a scientific or technical field
2 years contract paid out of a special budget -> attractive for the group
Family service offers help for all DESY people (with or without children).

include a full catalog with structural and personal measures; used by nearly all universities and
also by Helmholtz

Only small differences between actual situation in the groups W3 – E12 and the quote-
numbers of the GWK model
