The History:

Te company o Ernie Ball was created out o

a guitar shop in the 1960’s, when the ownersaw a need or lighter gauged strings or theguitars. Aer big name companies scoffedat his suggestion Ernie Ball created his owncompany and it took off with his idea tocreate better, more flexible guitar strings.

Eventually Ernie Ball ended his guitar shopand ocused solely on strings, and now hisstrings are one o the most common guitarstrings on the market.

Ernie Ball guitar strings were the cutting

edge, and now they are largely the norm, thecompany needs to a way to revolutionize theindustry again.

Tis package is a way to step out rom therest, by how the packages are.

Guitar string packages are largely the same.Tey are either a cardboard pouch o sixenvelopes with individual coiled strings inthem or the packages are one envelope withsix inter-connected, coiled strings;both o which whip apart when uncoiled,

and like to get tangled.

The Problem:

The Solution:

A new packaging system will be designed

or Ernie Ball strings which will allow eachstring to be dispensed in an easy manner.Tis would allow or the easy restringing oa guitar. Guitar strings snap airly regularlyover the lie o a guitarist, and all such areamiliar with the chore. Te new packagewill allow guitar players to restring their

instruments quickly and return to playing.

The Target:

Serious guitar players will enjoy this

product. Tey have all restrung their guitarsmore times than they’d like and they knowthe impracticality o the current guitar stringpackaging. Tis new design will allow themall to enjoy an easier and quicker way torestring their guitars with Ernie Ball guitarstrings.
