Our firm focuses on Hospitality and Retail projects which allowed us to truly master our skills and better serve our Clients. We offer a full range of services, and are an active member of our Clients team from initial site selection thru opening day. With our affiliates we can also offer services throughout the continental United States.

Elizabeth Torres, Principal

Over 16 years of experience in NYC and abroad. Elizabeth began her careeras an expeditor during college and then worked on small prototype roll outsin the metro area. She lived in Phoenix for 7 years working on StarwoodHotels, Unitech and traveling internationally. Elizabeth has served as theDirector of Architecture and Design for one of the largest American retailbrands and Director of Hospitality for a Nationally top 5 ranked InteriorDesign firm. She has worked in over 20 states and 13 countries to serveHospitality and Retail clients of all levels.

Cory Attardo, Senior Project Manager

With the firm since 2010, and over 8 years experience; Cory has been an integral partof the team and respected for his work in the Potbelly NYC roll out, Panera Bread, MeltShop, Orange Theory and Little Beet projects. His attention to detail and sketchabilities have allowed Cory to communicate with the Client and General Contractorseamlessly both verbally and thru illustration. Cory is also an accomplished artist withseveral blogs, cartoons and t-shirts designs. Cory’s experience includes LandmarkPreservation, expediting, and re-development projects.

Abby Tyapon, Senior Project Manager

With the firm since 2008 and has worked with Elizabeth since 2005, Abby began hercareer in the Philippines before migrating to NYC. She has over 12 years experience inprototype and custom commercial projects. He experience includes LandmarksPreservation, Sidewalk Cafes, and Public Assembly projects. Abby has executed anddeveloped prototypes with Just Salad, Starbucks, Mc Donalds, Wendy’s, PaneraBread, 27 Dressings, Five Guys and many more.
