B&K Equipment and Crane Service, founded in 1989, is a family owned and operated company in Wyalusing, Pennsylvania. From its humble beginnings of one man selling one bulldozer, we have grown our family to over 50 employees, three locations, a fleet of trucks, trailers, cranes, oil field equipment and hundreds of construction equipment assets bought, sold, and rented. Hard work and dedication has been engrained by its founder, Tracy Keeney, allowing every employee to have a voice in helping us achieve our ultimate goal: to provide unparalleled service to our customers and create lasting relationships that help everyone achieve their goals.

full-service construction equipment sales and rental company, trucking service, rig moving service, crane service and construction equipment repair service company.
Today, B&K Equipment and Crane Service offers sales and rentals of heavy construction equipment. With over 50 years of sales and rental experience, our knowledgeable sales staff is available to help get you the equipment you need to get the job done right. Our diverse fleet of trucks and trailers allows us to move anything from skid-steers to 150,000 lb wheel loaders. Our oil field equipment has given us the opportunity to become a trusted rig-moving company. B&K Equipment and Crane Service cranes ranging from 8 to 300 tons and highly qualified NCCCO operators ensure we have the right machine for your job. Plus, our service shop makes sure that the equipment you use is safe and reliable. SAFETY
Incident Review Policy and Procedures: Any injury or significant incident is followed up with an incident review, which is designed to identify and remove the root cause.
Jobsite Hazard Analysis (JHA): Completed by the sales technician or project manager on the initial site visit, all existing and potential hazards are identified. Safe practices to work around the hazards are highlighted as well. The JHA will go with the crew as they mobilizeon site.
Tailgate Safety Meeting: Both a project-specific and a job build up version are available. They are both geared towards specific hazards and safe practices.
Critical Lift Form: Mandatory for any lift projected at over 90% of chart or critical due to other criteria, this form will identify potential hazards and specify the lift parameters to avoid any compounding error.
Operator Assessment: A hands-on assessment of operator skills. Our highly trained operators and riggers often hold multiple certifications from training facilities that are recognized at the State and Federal levels. These certifications are a minimum standard for crane operation. This tool verifies competency relative to specific equipment.
Behavioral Based Safety Program: Behavioral Based Safety cards are utilized to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, along with recognizing safe conditions and behaviors. This creates a level of safety performance that is repeatable.
Driver Safety Performance Cards: Driver Safety Performance cards list several steps and items that each driver knows and uses while on the road and in the field each day. These steps ensure our drivers remain safe and watch out for the safety of others.
Multiple Safety Audit Worksheets: Both safety director and
management personnel complete the audits with action items communicated immediately.
