    Stage 1 - Identification of training needsIn order to ensure alignment of all training solutions withthe organizational needs, we gather all necessary data tofind out what training needs are most crucial and needprioritizing. We conduct an exhausting training needsanalysis and report the result to top management fordecision making on which of the identified training needsshould be prioritized

    Stage 2 - Design of training plan and solutionsWe shall devise a training plan that ensures all prioritizedtraining needs are addressed and compliant with what wedeem as effective methods of delivering the training. Thisstage also covers estimation of costs. We shall submit areport that details the course outlines, schedules andproposed budgets.

    Stage 3 - Delivery of training solutionsThis stage of the training cycle ensures that the delivery ofthe training is effective and provides opportunities for thelearners to learn. This will involve choosing the mostappropriate format for meeting training needs, and taking

    advantage of different training methods including e-learning.

    Stage 4 - Application of training in the workenvironmentThis stage of the training cycle is concerned with ensuringthat all learning outcomes are applied and reinforced inpractice within the work environment. This stage will helpthose who monitor the development of individual learnersand review their progress.

    Stage 5 - Evaluation of learning solutionsThis deals with the collection, analysis and presentation ofinformation to establish the improvement in performancethat results from the learning experience. This stage willhelp those who evaluate learning programs, or whorespond to developments in learning, or plan and introduceimprovements in learning interventions.
