    REFLECTION

All of us are very much aware of the affect of the environment on ourlives. Since it was my first observation, I felt nervous and

little bit of shy because I thought that they will reject us, they

will never like us but my impressions were wrong instead

they welcome us welcome and embrace us with their wholeheart. Im very glad that I met their ever dearest and kind

principal Mdm.Locquiao.I thought she was like a tiger but Im

wrong shes like an angel. I also met their approachable and

beautiful teachers. When Im on the room, these cute little

children were staring at me. I dont know why? But theresone thing in my mind. Im very happy that I met them even

though they do not know me a lot. In this day I have a very

    exciting and very memorable experienced.

For education in school to be effective, the environment needs to be conducive

to learning, allowing the pupils space andtime to interact within the learning and

    teaching process.

Creating and maintaining stimulatinglearning environments can be achieved

through effective classroom organisation, interactive and whole school displays and

a climate of innovation. Environmentshould support pupils to becomeindependent and active learners.

REFLECTIONLearner characteristics are often multi faceted and

include personal, environmental and situationalcharacteristics that may impact one's ability to succeedin a learning environment. It is important that teachingstrategies consider adult learner characteristics thatmay influence the learner's ability in the critical caresetting specifically as this environment presents uniquechallenges to learners.

The second time that we go to school, I felt nervousagain. I dont understand myself because every time Iwas exposed to others my shyness will come out again.

But thats not a problem. Instead I used it as myinspiration and I think positive things for me to cope upwith these irritating feelings. These serve me asstrength and power to go on and continue what Ivebeen thinking is right and best for me.

REFLECTIONThe feelings and irritations brought by

yesterday were wipe up by a joyful and cheerful

day, this time I was already adjusted myself with

the school environment that they have. I also

understand this type of atmosphere, in these

significant days, I learned also to love more this

profession, not only the pupils, the teacher, but all

of them. I must improve and develop myself

especially in socializing with others so that theywill never ever hate me rather love me and gave me

    importance.

Based on my observations for 17 hours . I learnedmany things especially on classroom

management.Classroom management focuses on threemajor components: content management, conductmanagement, and covenant management.

Acknowledging responsible behaviors, correctingirresponsible and inappropriate behavior, ignoring, proximity control, gentle verbal reprimands, delaying, preferential seating, time owed, time-out, notification ofparents/guardians, written behavioral contract, setting

limits outside the classroom, and reinforcementsystems. All of these components are presented so theycan be identified in examples of best teaching practices.

As Ive observed Mr. Noel Hernandez has a great

influence on the students he handled his student

different with others. Hes not the type of teacherwho was very strict. I thought he was like that kind.

I have mistaken. Hes very incomparable; you

would be glad and feel happy with him all the time.

The teaching strategies he made were the best. I

like the way he teach. Because of that remember

my elementary years. I learned and enjoy so much

with him. The students are also cooperative, active

    and well behave.

It was the last day of our observation and I can feelthe sadness with me. Well Im one of the blessedpeople because I experienced this kind ofhappiness that FS students can only have. The

enjoyment, sacrifices and the fun times werepriceless. Ive learned something that I will neverforget for the res t of my life. I missed them allespecially the pupils that touch my heart so muchand the teachers who encourage and support us.

They change me a lot. They make me realize, appreciate and understand that Im right inchoosing this career.
