From the card file in the Carroll County Historical Society Museum, Delphi, IN; from the obituary in the Camden Record-News (Sep. 23, 1937), the name is listed first as FRANTZ, John Thomas followed by (Thomas M.). The card lists the surviving wife as Minnie [sic] May Sink and indicates that ten children were born but five preceded him in death. Surviving children are "Mrs. Kenneth Cripe, Mrs. Ira Shaffer, Galen, Nellie and Vernon Frantz all of Camden." Children:

A considerable amount of information was found in the card files at the Carroll County Historical Society Museum-Library, Delphi, IN (May 1997). It is not copied here in total because the survivor information is almost identical to other information already listed in this record. However, the information indicates that "Mr. Sink was fatally injured when he was struck by a car. Both legs were broken and he lived four hours. This accident happened on 38th St. in Indianapolis." His children are listed as "Christabelle age 12 years and Dickie age 11 years." From the Hoosier Democrat, Oct. 27 1945, and similar information from the Camden Record-News, Oct. 25, 1945.
