Effect of the Order: extendingthe existing prohibition ofwaiting at any time restrictionon Station Road, Caldicot.This revised restriction isneeded in order to preventindiscriminate and obstructiveparking at inappropriate loca-tions. The effect of this Orderwill restrict obstructive andinappropriate parking andtherefore improve highwaysafety for all road users.
