Get Lean MusclesIn Only Seconds…
With A Fitness SystemThat Has No Weight Liftingand No Straining of Joints!
Introducing a Workout SystemThat Will Allow You
to Build Lean Muscle Mass…
And Will OnlyTake Seconds To Do!
You’ll not only look good, but you’ll stay healthy
as it burns fat, strengthens your bonesand keeps you young.
INCREASED METABOLISM –
The more lean tissue you have, the faster you burn calories,
and the fasteryour metabolism becomes.
Lean muscle tissueis metabolically active –it requires more Calories
to sustain it than fat.You will burn more Calories
even when you’re not exercising.
BECOME TRIM AND LEAN –
This is the resultof a faster metabolism.
Lean muscle tissuerequires 75 kcals to sustain it,
whereas fat only requires three.
This means that if youonly add 5 lbs. of muscle, you can burn an additional
20-25 lbs. of fat a yeardoing nothing!
LOWERED CHOLESTEROL –
This exercise will makeyour body produce more HDL
(good cholesterol)while reducing bad cholesterol.
INCREASING YOUR STRENGTH FASTER THAN ANY
OTHER FORM OF TRAINING –
This is because
this system works the muscles
more intensely.
It also operatesin a shorter space of time
over conventional methods. In fact, you can finish a workout
in as little as ten minutes.
INCREASESNEUROLOGICAL STRENGTH –
These techniques will
teach your body to recruit
more muscle fiber
for each movement…
PROTECTING YOURSELF AGAINST JOINT DAMAGE –
Because this program doesn’t involve movement or weights…
You may have heard the term “isometrics” before.
But you may not be 100% clearon what isometrics are
and how they work.
ISOMETRICS(Isometric Exercise)
A type of strength training
in which the joint angle
and muscle length do not
change during contraction.
This kind of training allowsfor greater contraction, strength, and concentration when you’re
actually conducting the exercise.
Isometrics are purely "muscle" movements that place the stress
entirely on the muscle fibers, eliminating reactive contribution.
And even so they increase musclemotor unit recruitment above
and beyond what you getfrom eccentric or concentric reps(up and down body movements).
Using these techniques you canrecruit nearly all the muscle fibersduring an isometric contraction.
This is something that doesn’t happen with regular eccentric and concentric
(down and up) repetitions.
Basically, the more muscle you can recruit the more growth can occur.
Not surprisingly,this dramatically enhances strength.
Isometrics also allow youto prolong the time under tension
of a particular muscle.
This allows a more intense result without added joint stress and wasted energy.
When performing the large majorityof movements in the gym
the actual working effect of those movements are over a very short range.
According to the Journalof applied physiology:
respiratory, environmentaland exercise physiology:
“Isometrics are significantly betterthan dynamic exercises at increasingmaximal strength at the joint angle.”
It’s the focus of isometricsthat allows you to seesuch tremendous gainsin such short amounts
of time!
(if you are tensing the muscle properly, you should be quite fatiguedby this stage as all the fibersin the muscle are stimulated).
With isometricsyou are able to get workouts
that actually provide much moreintense recruitment of muscle fibers
but in a much shorter amount of time.
Paul J.O'Brien, renowned, fitness trainer and martial artist writes:
“Scientific studies have shownthat Isometrics can stimulate
the development of newlean muscle tissue in as little
as 7 seconds!”
Isometric Techniques Originated Thousands
of Years Ago
Isometric exercisesare thousands of years old,
with examples from the static holdsin certain branches of yoga
or Chinese martial arts.
These powerful exercises only cameto the attention of modern trainers
a little over 100 years agowhen a world famous strength performer revealed where his strength came from.
Alexander Zasswas born in Vilna, Poland
in 1888, but lived mostof his early years in Russia
and after 1924 in Britain.
He lifted a 500 pound girderwith his teeth, carried a small horse, caught a woman fired from a cannon
and allowed professional boxersto hit him in the stomach.
His greatest talentswere in bending steel bars
and breaking chainswhich were the center pieceof his music hall exhibitions.
Alexander Zass was very innovativeand he revealed that he was ableto develop his startling strength
by bending green branches and twigsto develop his grip strength.
Little did he know,he had taken the ancient techniques
of martial artists from the far Eastand had started a new movement.
FROG LEGS PROVE ISOMETRICS WORKS!
In the 1920s, scientists
stumbled across scientific proof
that isometrics really worked.
Scientists at Springfield Collegein Springfield Massachusetts
ran an experiment where they tooka number of frogs and tied up one
of their legs, completely immobilizing it.
The frog could onlymove one leg free,
and couldn’t move the other one at all.
They wanted to see the effectsof atrophy on the bound leg.
Surprisingly, after two weeks, the bound legs had grown
stronger and larger.
So much so that the frogs nowactually jumped in a lopsided fashion.
The researchers had actuallymade an incredible discoveryconcerning isometric training, but they simply didn’t realize it.
Apparently, by binding the leg,the frogs had to use all of their muscles
right down to their deepest fibersto try to move their leg.
So when the muscle is exerted continuously and vigorously,
it will grow stronger and largerthan doing a fluid, repetitive motion
that relies on momentum…
According to SportsFitnessAdvisor.com:
Isometric exercises can be usedfor general strength conditioning
and for rehabilitation where strengthening the muscles
without placing undue stresson the joint is warranted.
With isometric training, the joint angle and muscle contraction do not change
during the contraction.
Therefore, there is muchless wear and tear on joints
compared to standard exercises where you repeat
up and down motions.
This can allow youto exercise musclesthat surround joints
that may be injured, inflamedor otherwise causing you pain.
Introducing Akira van Egmond.
You only need
to take a brief look
at his picture to know
that he is most
definitely
in incredible
condition.
Akira is a professional fitness trainer who has a long list of private clientswho he provides fitness training to.
Akira shows beginnershow they can do the exercise
and then he also showsmore advanced versionsfor those that have beenworking out for longer.
In Only Minutes YouCan Get a Better Workout
Than With Weights
Using Akira’spotent isometric techniques
your muscles get maximum pumpbut each exercise only takes
seconds to do.
In fact, you won’t even needto shut the office door because many
of these exercises can be donewithout *anyone* even *noticing*.
