This presentation will review key components of the AICPA Code of Professional Ethics and share current AICPA guidance for members in public practice and in industry (including proposed changes to the Code).  Case studies will be included, and participants will be encouraged to participate and share real-world experiences.Elizabeth Woodward, CPA/CFF is a resident of Lexington and a partner with the firm of Dean Dorton Allen Ford, where she serves as director of forensic accounting and litigation support. Lance Mann, CPA/CFE serves Dean Dorton Allen Ford as associate director in the assurance services group, specializing in college and university, construction, not-for-profit, manufacturing and retail.
