Your goal within the first 2 to 7 days is to duplicate your efforts by helping your new team members to become Team Builders in their own right (help two to get two).

In doing so you have now achieved the position of Team Developer, which in turn unlocks and allows you to be benefit from all the remaining components of the WGN compensation plan.

Encourage duplication with your newest team members by always ensuring you help them to go through this Getting Started manual.
