GOLD BAR NATURE TRAILS

Welcome! As a visitor in our Park you are a guest of every member. Please follow all Rules and Regulations and be as courteous to other members as you are to your hosts. We want your visit to be pleasant and safe. Do be aware that your hosts are responsible for your actions and your failure to follow our rules may jeopardize their Park membership. Listed below are some of the important rules to follow. There are many others that govern behaviors in the Park. Talk with your hosts or with our Security staff if you are uncertain about a rule.

1. Guests may not register or sign in other guests. This can be done by your host only. The Park member site number must appear on the register by your name.

2. Only 1 (one) vehicle at a time can enter the gate. After the gate is raised, you must drive through and stop until the gate closes behind your vehicle.

3. Our speed limit is no greater than 10 mph. You must obey this at all times. Failure to do so may result in your removal from our Park.

4. Juveniles under 16 or without a valid state license may not drive in the Park except for the following: a. Golf carts under adult supervision (21yrs or older) b. Club sponsored events such as Poker Run. The right to ride is ½ hour before, during event, and ½

hour after ONLY. An adult 21 years or older must supervise the juvenile at all times when driving. Adult assumes all liability for injury, damage, or harm to other vehicles, GBNT property or persons. Helmets must be worn on ORV’s motorbikes or motorcycles by riders under 16 years.

5. Bicyclists must obey all Road Rules, including Park speed limit and stop signs. 6. Curfew is strictly enforced. Members or guests under 18 years of age must be at their campsite no later than 11:00 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult over 21 years. 7. UNATTENDED OR EXCESSIVE FIRES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! A fully charged hose must be at hand

when there is a fire in the pit. A fine of no less than $250.00 will be issued immediately if fire is unattend-ed.

8. All dogs must be leashed, tethered to a line or kenneled in a dog run or crate at all times. Pets may not be left unattended.

9. Noise at a campsite must be kept to a volume that will not disturb other campers. 10. Alcohol may not be consumed by anyone under age 21 in the Park. 11. Observe all rules at swim pools. No alcohol, smoking, or food may be in the immediate pool area. 12. Guests may not trespass on another campsite for any reason. 13. No firearms or other weapons are permitted in the general GBNT areas or facilities. A fine of no less

than $500.00 and barring from the Park will be enforced. The sheriff will be called and legal action may be taken.
