Please answer each question and be specific. All Completed entries must be received by
September, 11, 2015 to qualify for judging. A separate entry form must be completed for each entry.
IMPORTANT: Your line up info will be emailed to you. Please list the contact person and e-mail address to
which this information should be emailed. Please send a representative to the check-in tent at the Walker Hawk
baseball fields. PLEASE Bring your float in from I-30 service road. All floats must proceed to Ruth Cherry
Intermediate to unload. DO NOT STOP IN ROUTE. P-K—6 grade are not allowed to walk. Entries that do
not comply will not be allowed in next year’s parade. No Equestrian entries please. All entrants will be given
a number to display on their entry when they check in on Friday afternoon. Check in 1:30–2:30 p.m.
