1. Mt hin th
Mt hin th v cc phm iu khin l cng c giao tip gia ngi s dng v
bin tn. Bin tn VACON NXL c b hin th LED 7 thanh cng vi by ch th
hin th trng thi lm vic ca bin tn(Chy, quay thun, quay ngc, sn
sng, dng, cnh bo, li), ch th cho bit v triu khin bin tn (cc tn hiungoi, bn phm, thng qua truyn thng).
Bin tn c ci t thng qua my tnh hoc 7 phm trn bn phm.
Hnh v mt hin th v s b tr cc ch th nhhnh di
1.1. Cc ch th trng thi ca bin tn
RUN : Tn hiu ny thng bo bin tn ang chy, chny s nhp nhy khi c
lnh dng v tn sang gim dn.
: Ch chiu quay ca ng c (Ngc/thun).
STOP: Bo trng thi bin tn ang dng.
READY: Bo trng thi bin tn sn sng, ang c ngun lc v bin tn
khng c li.
ALARM: Cnh bo bin tn ang lm vic ngoi vng an ton.
FAULT: Bin tn b li.
1.2. Cc ch th v v tr iu khin bin tn
I/O term: Bin tn c iu khin chy/dng bng tn hiu ngoi thng qua
u vo s(ngn mch chn 6 vi chn 8 hoc chn 9).
Keypad: Bin tn c iu khin chy/dng tbn phm.
Bus/Comm: Bin tn c iu khin chy/dng qua mng truyn thng.

Bin tn VACON NXL c 7 phm n c sdng iu khin bin tn, ci
t tham s v qun l cc i lng vo/ra ca bin tn. Cc phm c b tr
nhhnh di.
ngha ca cc phm nhm ta di y:
Enter/reset: Khi ci t tham s cho bin tn hoc thc hin cc thao tc iu
khin, nhn nt ny lu gi tr tham s va thay i (xc nhn thay i).Nhn v gint ny trong vng 3 giy xa cc li lu. Khi bin tn b li,
nhn nt ny xa li.
S: Chuyn qua li gia cc tham s trong cng mt cp. Tng gi tr ca tham
sc la chn.
T: Chuyn qua li gia cc tham s trong cng mt cp. Gim gi tr ca tham
sc la chn.
W: Di chuyn ra mt mc tham s. Chuyn v tr con tr sang bn tri. B qua
gi tr ca tham sva thay i (khi cha n nt enter). Gi trong 3s quaytr v danh sch tham schnh.
X: Di chuyn vo su thm mt cp tham s. Chuyn v tr con tr sang bn
phi. n nt ny c th thay i tham s.
start: Khi ng ng c trn mt bin tn.
stop: Dng ng c trn mt bin tn.

3.3 Parameter menu (M2)
Tmenu chnh, n phm STn khi tm menu P2 th n m tn X mt ln
chuyn vo danh sch cc nhm tham s. S dng phm ST di chn cc
nhm tham s. Khi chn c nhm tham s cn thay i th n phm X mt
ln na chn nhm tham s v vo cc tham s ca nhm . Tip tc s
dng cc phm ST tm cc tham scn ci t. Sau khi tm c tham s
ci t, n phm X mt ln, khi dng hin th gi tr ca tham s s nhp
nhy. Lc ny ta c th thay i c gi tr ca tham s. C th thc hin theo
hai cch:
+ S dng ngay hai phm ST tng hay gim gi tr ca tham s. Kt thc
bng nhn phm enter.
+ Nhn phm X mt ln na khi ch sbn phi nht ca gi tr tham s s
nhp nhy. Ta c th sdng phm WX chn cc chskhc ca gi tr tham
s. Khi ch s no nhp nhy th ta c th thay i c gi tr ca s. Nh
vy bng cch ny ta c th thay i c tng s trong gi tr ca tham s. Kt
thc bng phm enter.
Gi tr ca tham ss khng thay i khi cha n phm enter. Nhn phm W
quay tr li menu trc.
Mt s tham sb kho, khng th thay i c khi bin tn ang lm vic (n
RUN sng). Nu ta vn c thay i th trn mn hnh s hin th dng *Locked*.Trong trng hp ny mun thay i gi tr ca tham s cn phi ra lnh dng
bin tn.
Gi tr ca tt c cc tham s cng khng th thay i c khi s dng chc
nng kho bn phm trong menu M6.

Ta c th xem cc li xut hin trong khi bin tn hot ng quan menu ny.
Tmenu chnh, nhn mi tn ln/xung (ST) n khi trn mn hnh c hin th
dng chActive faults (nhhnh v di) th nhn mi tn X.
Khi bin tn b li v dng my, th trn mn hnh s hin thF1, m li, m
