INSTRUCTIONS
1. Provide 5-10 examples of your artwork.
2. The quality of selected images is important. Do not submit poorly composed, under or over
exposed, or out of focus images. Crop the images to eliminate background clutter.
3. Do not submit an image that represents more than one piece of artwork or an image that has
descriptive text about the artwork in it.
4. Do not alter or change the PowerPoint text font, style, size or color. Do not resize text boxes.
5. Delete unused PowerPoint slide pages.
6. After completing the PowerPoint, test it on another PC computer to ensure it can be opened.
7. For each image, include:
• Title of work
• Media: Primary Media (example - Painting)
• Materials: Materials used (example – clay)
• Description: Use up to 150 characters to describe the work (when and why it was created)
