InstallationSwitchoffignitionanddisconnectthevehicle’sbattery!Theinterfaceneedsapermanent12Vsource.Ifaccordingtofactoryrulesdisconnectingthebatteryistobeavoided,itisusuallysufficienttoputthevehicleissleep-mode.Incasethesleep-modedoesnotshowsuccess,disconnectthebatterywitharesistorlead.Ifpowersourceisnottakendirectlyfromthebattery,theconnectionhastobecheckedforbeingstart-upprovenandpermanent.Priortowireanddeviceinstallationwesuggesttoconnectandtestcorrectfunctionofallafter-marketandfactoryinfotainmentequipment!Theinterfaceisinstalledonthebacksideoftheheadunit.3.1.
