SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS Sponsorships will be confirmed once registration and payment have been completed online.

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide:

Your company logo in both .jpg and .eps versions (if available).

A hyperlink to your company website.

A 100 word company bio for inclusion. Please see your entitlements for details regarding

word limit.

Payment for partnership is required before any entitlements can be delivered (special

arrangements can be made). Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to

[email protected] and can be subject to the following cancellation fees:

25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 23 March 2018.

50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 20 April 2018.

75% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 25 May 2018.

Cancellations received on or after 25 May 2018 will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the safety and security of any items brought onsite as part of your

entitlements. It is your responsibility to arrange delivery of any items to and from the venue.
