Health in Focus 2018

CheckUP conducts an annual survey of the Queensland public and health care providers called Health in Focus. This is one of Queensland’s largest health surveys and enables us to report on the main issues for Queenslanders with regard to their health and healthcare.

This year will be the 10th year we run Health in Focus. The survey will launch in early September and will remain open for approximately six weeks.

This sponsorship offer gives your organisation the opportunity to donate a prize to increase awareness of, and participation in, the survey. Over 1,300 people competed the 2017 survey.

In return for donating a prize, all correspondence regarding the survey promotion will announce that, “The 2018 Health in Focus survey is proudly sponsored by your organisation.”

$599 for the purchase of a 128gb iPad or a Series 3 Apple Watch (GPS + cellular)

Member bonus!CheckUP members can add up to three of their own questions to the Health in Focus survey and will receive a customised report of the findings in early 2019.

Queensland Primary Health Care Network (QPHCN)

The QPHCN is a group of almost 80 state level primary health and community care related organisations, who come together with a common interest - to network, share information and gain a collective understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing primary healthcare in Queensland.

Network members incorporate state level non-government, community, consumer and allied health organisations.

CheckUP currently provides the Chair and secretariat support for QPHCN and all Network meetings are hosted at our premises in South Brisbane.

As sponsor of the QPHCN you will receive the following unique benefits:• Three minute talk to participants at every Network meeting (four times/year)• Ability to distribute flyers to members at each Network meeting.• Co-branding on QPHCN website and promotional materials

CheckUP has a suite of e-newsetters with different target audiences. While existing CheckUP members can advertise and promote their resources and services in here for free, non-members now have the same opportunity as outlined below:

Computer monitor strip calendar (2019) CheckUP’s ever-popular strip calendar is produced annually and adorns computer monitors of those in the health and community sector across the state.

The calendars are printed on a high quality card with a strip sticker on the back so they can be stuck to a monitor, for example.

We are giving one sponsor the opportunity to include their logo and a call to action on the strip calendar. You will also receive 100 strip calendars that you can disseminate to your own contacts.

IMPACT Magazine

Once a year, CheckUP publishes our IMPACT magazine. Past editions can be viewed here and Issue 5 – our 20th anniversary edition – will be published in September 2018.

The 36-page magazine describes health services that are making a difference; features profiles of our health providers; and contains signature stories about patients we have supported through our programs and services.

The magazine is distributed in hard copy to 3000 health professionals and electronically to thousands more.

In 2017, we had a vision to increase the print run and get the magazine directly into the hands of those working across the health and community sector as well as all state and local MPs in Queensland.

We received wonderful feedback about this initiative and, once again, we’re offering one of our partners the exclusive opportunity to have a full-colour single page advertisement on the back cover of the 2018 edition of IMPACT. This will be accompanied by a complimentary quarter-page editorial.
