DESCRIPTION
JobEscrow aligns outplacement budgets with (ex)employees getting new jobs through escrow. A reward with an expiration date is placed in escrow on the resume of the laid off employee. A recruiter or employer earns the reward if they help/hire the (ex)employee obtain a job. If the reward expires, escrow closes and the reward is returned to the employer.
