This has reference to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Circular Letter No. 2013-16 dated 23 December 2013 relative to the Implementation of the Expanded Modified Direct Payment System Scheme (ExMDPS) For Accounts Payable Due Creditors / Payees of All National Government Agencies (NGAs).

May we request your good office for the posting of the attached LBP Validated List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable with Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA) covering the period from September 14, 2018 to September 18, 2018 in the Department's website. Said posting would be essential to notify the creditors since the Land Bank of the Philippines has only given a maximum of forty­ eight (48) hours to credit the said LDDAP-ADA to their respective accounts.
