ZIPLINE INTO LUNCHTake the road less travelled as you venture into the countryside. Enjoy panoramic views of the vistas along the historic Morne Fortune and spend the morning zipping, trekking and gliding. Start with an aerial tram ride over the forest canopy, followed by hiking and culminate with an exciting ziplining adventure. Experience a variety of local traditions at the historic Fond la Tisab. Continue to a delectable creole lunch at a 140-year-old Plantation, overlooking the city of Castries.

DES CARTIERS NATURE TRAIL HIKEEnjoy 2.5 miles of guided hiking along the East Coast of Saint Lucia. As you trek through the Island’s largest rainforest, you will discover endemic bird species, flora and fauna. You may catch a glimpse of the Island’s national bird, the Amazona Versicolor. On your return, stop at a bar to sip on a piton beer or freshly made local juice with a magnificent backdrop. Please note that this is a strenuous hike.

SOUFRIERE SAFARIExplore the island’s West Coast in an open-top Safari Jeep. On arrival in Soufriere, take in the true beauty of our unspoiled island by enjoying a leisurely climb along a scenic nature trail. This is followed by a tour of the Caribbean’s only drive-in volcano or a dip in one of our therapeutic mud baths. Break for a delicious local lunch. The adventure continues with a drive to the magnificent Toraille waterfall before heading back to the Resort.
