PROGRAMME DEFINITION
The improvement intervention will be based on the needs of the business, leadership team and mentor with agreed appropriate levels of training, coaching and mentoring. It will be phased to align with business priorities, vision and size.

Blended Academy Approach:
The programme links together the Redthorn approved module themes, providing an appreciation of Policy Deployment and best-practice Leadership behaviours.
The initial four day academy is then supplemented with additional in-depth modules, supported by ongoing coaching and mentoring.

• Extensive experience within the team, working across a numberof Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering sectors includingAerospace, Automotive, Rail and Nuclear.
