We, SUV Orange Media, advertising fi rm based at Kochi, have acquired the KSRTC Buses branding under fast category in Kerala to offer branding opportunity to corporates for the next fi ve years. We are the sole licensee for branding on KSRTC Super fast, Fast Passenger, Limited Stop Fast Passenger, Super Express and Minnal services.

As transit medium has the ability to take ads to wherever public moves, it is the most cost effective way of reaching to a large audience of all demographics, backgrounds and incomes. At the same time it covers a wide area, reaching several places in a day, it would defenitely suit the purpose for advertising in a wide area with minimum cost incurring.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS • For 1 to 3 months campaign, 50% must be paid as advance & balance 50% to be paid after

within 7 days up on submission of invoice

• For 6 months campaign 25% must be paid as advance, 25% after completion of the work, that is when the campaign begins and balance amount as 2 monthly instalments as post dated cheque

• For 1 year campaign, 25% advance, 25% after completion of the work, that is when the campaign begins and balance amount as 4 monthly instalments as post dated cheque

• Designing (if required), printing for additional space above 105 sq.ft will be charged extra @Rs.25 per square feet

• Final artwork should be provided by the client as CDR/PSD format for quality output in print

• Schedules may change as per the discretion of KSRTC. If the vehicles could not operate, arrangements will be made to compensate the same

• GST @ 18% is applicable

• Work will be completed within 10 working days after receiving the work order, advance payment and art work

• All the transit media is subject to availability at the time of work order

All the payment should be made by RTGS / NEFT / DD / CHEQUE in favour of SUV Orange Media
