How do you work with them?

• Put the vial in the freezer – check on the flies every 30 secs-1 minute until they are “sleeping”

• Pour the flies you want into the petri dish.

• Place petri dish on ice pack.

• Place both under microscope.

• If they start to wake up – put them back in the freezer.
