TERMINAL CARCASS The terminal carcass is constructed from 16 mm white laminate with a matching 1 mm ABS edge. Carcass width is 250 mm and the height is 1800 mm, not including the kicker or shroud.Cable access is through the base with a 100 mm diameter cutout.

TERMINAL CARCASS ACCESS The terminal carcass has a removable front which can be locked.Terminal faces are available in a wide range of finishes, please see the door section for a full description of the options available.

Construction I Locksshrouds + kickers I cam locks

SHROUDS + KICKERS Shrouds are constructed from 25 mm laminate with a 1 mm ABS edge strip.Shrouds do not include a back panel and come standard with a 100 mm kicker. The kicker is detachable via plastic clips, to allow access to the wiring, and locked in place prior to the completion of the installation.

ELECTRONIC I BATTERy COMBINATION LOCK - MINIK10MiniK10 electronic cabinet locks feature a master/manager code, one-time-use functionality and up to 10 years battery life. It can be installed vertically or horizontally and either right or left handed. The MiniK10 has three potential password levels and can operate in two different modes, single user or multiple user.

Vecos Electronic Locker Systemvecos introduction I vecos terminals

The Vecos electronic locker system is a highly refined complete locker management solution. Designed in the Netherlands and sold throughout Europe, the Vecos system is well established as a market leader.

Available in 2 versions, the V1 and the V2. The V1 system is an affordable dynamic locker system while the V2 is the top of the line complete locker management system.

The V1 system is terminal based, features a push release mechanism, a USB port and internal lighting.

The V2 system features a card reader and a status indicator light in every door as well as a push release mechanism, USB port and internal lighting. The V2 system can be run with or without a terminal.

Both systems connect across a network and are controlled by the Vecos Smart Access software on a windows server. The Vecos system is very adaptable and can support numerous forms of card readers and other identification methods such as barcode, pin code and NFC. STATIC_One user can have 1 locker

DyNAMIC_A user can request a free locker and open it later (locker stays assigned to the user), or open and free the locker (the same locker can’t be opened by the user again, as the locker will be used for a user who requests a free locker).

MIxED_The combination of Static and Dynamic.

MAILBOx_One user can have multiple lockers and multiple users can have one locker.

A locker can be opened by using a badge reader or by using a pincode (max. 20 positions) in combination with a locker number (meaning the user needs to remember both the pincode and locker number).The terminal supports the POS protocol for payment.During power loss, no information will be lost, everything is stored in eeprom and flash memory, no internal battery required.Terminal facing - Stainless Steel.Terminals are available with or without the RF/ID Reader.

Vecos Hardwarehubs I v1 I v2

HUBSHubs are installed at floor level behind the detachable kicker rail. The hub connects the locks with the terminal, windows P/C and SmartAccess software. Colored wiring allows the cabling to be identified. All lockers at the same height are given the same colored wires.

V1 HUB16 outs for 16 V1 locks (each V1 lock connects directly back to the hub).The terminal can support 32 V1 hubs giving a maximum of 512 locks per terminal.

V2 HUB8 outs for a maximum of 24 V2 locks (V2 locks daisy chain, maximum of 6 locks per chain).The terminal can support a maximum of 256 V2 locks.

V1 + V2 LOCKSThe Vecos electronic locks are available in 2 versions, V1 and V2. Both locks feature internal lighting and a USB port. The door catch is designed to release a door and then if unopened it will re-engage the lock. The hinges of the door are on the right hand side, and the left side opens. Vecos locks are not available with hinges on the left hand side.

The V2 includes a card reader with each lock, allowing lockers to be scanned at the door. There is also a status indicator light set in the door. V2 locks can be run off a terminal or as “stand alone,” no terminal required.V1 locks must be scanned at a terminal and have no status indicator light.

COMpUTER I SERVER REqUIREMENTSThe Vecos Smart Access locker system is a complete locker management system communicating across a network connected to a webserver. The webserver is a part of the Smart Access application.

Doorsdoors I vents I accessories

DOORSDoors are available in 18 mm laminate or 18 mm powder coated MDF. Veneers and metal doors are available upon request. Laminate doors feature a 1 mm hard ABS edge. Powder coated doors can more easily incorporate cutouts and irregular shapes. Vecos doors must have the hinges on the right hand side. Doors for V2 locks also include a status indicator light.

LAMINATE/VENEER_In most cases numbering will be a printed tag made from aluminium and produced to order.

pOwDER COATED_Can have the number routed into the door at 1 mm deep and 40 mm high, standard top left corner. We use a standard Schiavello font as shown below.(Please note: other fonts may not be available, contact Schiavello with your specific request).

VENTS + ACCESSORIESThe standard Prima Vent, 240 mm x 85 mm, is a powder coated or anodised aluminium vent with 12.7 mm x 3.35 mm capsule shaped perforations.Names, numbers and paper trays can all be incorporated onto the doors, please contact Schiavello for full details.

General Schiavello Lockers are a fully refined locker system manufactured in Australia by Schiavello. Supplied as a standard laminate carcass and available with a range of configurations and sizes as well as many options on door styles, finishes, lock types and accessories.

There are multiple options for lock types including key, combination, swipe card or the complete network based system, the European VECOS electronic lock management system with swipe card technology and touch screen terminals.

The Vecos locker system is a highly evolved and proven electronic locker management system utilising RFID scanning technologies and network capabilities to allow one central hub for monitoring and maintaining 1000s of lockers and users.

ConstructionThe locker carcass is constructed from 16 mm melamine with 2 mm hard ABS edges. Cable channelling is machined down either side of the carcass allowing all cables to be concealed. The carcass is supported with adjustable feet hidden behind a 100 mm kicker rail.

Available with varying lock types, key, combi-cam, combination electronic (battery), see page 4, or the full Vecos electronic network solution, page 5.

FinishesLaminate carcass with a choice of laminate, metal, powder coated or veneer doors.

Shrouds and doors can be customised to customer requirements but are generally either laminate or powder coated MDF. Standard shroud thickness 25 mm, laminate shrouds have a 2 mm hard ABS edging.

Veneers and metal doors can also be incorporated for premium installations. Laminate doors feature a 1 mm hard ABS edging. Doors can incorporate vents, letter slots, cutouts and machined numbering depending on the finishes. Please see page 8 for full door options.

Panels may be to full desk width or shorter as required.Standard panel height 460 mm (overall height from floor 1200 mm) Other heights as required.
