VenueExperience the exciting and festive surroundings of Christmas at the Ricoh Arena. Each year we transform into one of the most popular Christmas party destinations in the Midlands.

Set in our 6,000 sqm Jaguar Indoor Arena, working alongside an excellent production company, the hall is brought to life for a night guests will never forget.Over multiple nights each year we welcome around 7,000 guests to celebrate Christmas with us, offering a unique experience, filled with great entertainment, food and a festive atmosphere.

Located in Coventry, within a 2 hour drive of 75 per cent of the country, the Ricoh Arena is a great central location for your Christmas get together. We are within a short distance of major rail and motorway networks, and have plentiful onsite parking along with an onsite hotel.

FaQ - Important InformationWhat is the minimum number required for a booking?We don’t have a required minimum number to book; however bookings of less than 8 guests will be seated on a shared table.

Can we add people to our booking?Yes, unless we are fully booked, we will always try our best to fit them in!

Can I pre-order drinks?To save hassle on the night, you can pre-order drinks by filling out the enclosed form. These will be waiting for you (chilled if suitable) on your table as you are seated. By pre-ordering your drinks, you will receive a reduced price compared to buying on the night.

Will there be a cash bar?All our bars accept cash; however our pre-ordered drinks packages are a great way to save money – these cannot be purchased on the night.

What if I have any special dietary requirements?If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we’ll try to cater as best we can.

Will there be a cloakroom facility available?We have a cloakroom facility onsite each night, with a charge of £1 per item for this facility.

Is there a cash machine onsite?We have a free to use cash point onsite located in our main atrium.

What shall I wear?The dress code for the night is smart party wear. Strictly no ripped jeans, sportswear or trainers will be allowed.

When will I receive my tickets?Upon receiving your final payment balance, your tickets will be sent out no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Where can I park?Car parking is available onsite and is free of charge for party guests.

Can I leave my car overnight?Certainly and it is free for hotel guests. If you aren’t staying in our hotel there is a £1 fee.

Can I go to the casino?Yes, guests are welcome to visit the onsite G Casino after your party. Please note G Casino operate their own entry policy and ID will be required.

Terms and ConditionsIt is the responsibility of the party booker to ensure that ALL of their party are aware of these terms and conditions.

Age restrictions: Shared Christmas parties held at the Ricoh Arena are strictly over 18s only.Dress code: Smart party wear. No ripped / dirty / bleached jeans or trainers. Guests will be turned away if their attire is deemed inappropriate and no refund will be offered for guests turned away.

Bookings can only be accepted on receipt of a completed, signed booking form and appropriate payment.

A table plan for shared parties, produced by the Christmas Team, will be displayed on the evening.

Tickets will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to your event date. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances and bookings (including any later additions to the booking) can only be accepted from the party organiser. Any cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Christmas Team and cannot be accepted over the telephone (email is acceptable as long as a reply is received from the Christmas Team to acknowledge receipt). Cancellations within certain time frames are subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

More than 56 days prior to the date of your party: No cancellation fee (loss of deposit only)

More than 28 days but less than 56 days prior to your party: Loss of deposit plus cancellation the date of fee equal to 50% of the balance (based on numbers booked) Less than 28 days prior to the date of your party: Loss of deposit plus cancellation fee equal to 100% ofthe balance (based on numbers booked)

Balance invoices will be issued 8 weeks prior to your party (for payment 4 weeks prior to your party). Non-payment of the final balance on the due date will render our contract with you void.

The Christmas Team will endeavour to accommodate late dietary requests and changes to your booking but will not be held responsible for any inability to respond to changes made less than 14 days prior to the event.

The Christmas Team reserves the right to refuse admission, and to remove from the function any person whose condition, in the opinion of the staff, interferes, or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the function by other guests. The Christmas Team will not accept responsibility for people who behave inappropriately and are either prevented from entering or asked to leave the function, and no refund will be offered for guests removed from the event.

In accordance with the introduction of the smoking laws, all areas of the venue are no smoking. We will however, supply a designated smoking area outside of the venue.

The Christmas Team will take great care to honour its commitments, but reserves the right to amend or alter any part of the function’s programme. The Christmas Team regrets that it will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations. The Christmas Team reserves the right to make changes both to the entertainment package and the menu in the event of any shortages.

The Christmas Team does not accept liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of the event, or for any delays arising as a result of: lock outs; riots; strikes or black outs affecting any trade with which the Christmas Team is concerned; adverse weather conditions; loss damage or cancellation due to fire, flood or any other cause beyond our control.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and in the unlikely event of a dispute the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The liability of the Christmas Team in respect of any breach of these terms and conditions, including any applied terms shall not extend to any consequential losses whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
