Conditions of Booking

Approximately one month before your big day we will ask that you meet with our Wedding Co-ordinator to discuss your final details, such as numbers for catering, table plans, timings and speeches

Following this appointment you will be given an updated contract and the remaining balance

A non refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your dateA contract will need to be signed to confirm your booking

Full pre-payment is due 4 weeks prior

The Wedding DiaryWhen planning a wedding it is essential to get yourself organised and avoid any last minute panic or disappointments.

Once you have chosen your date it is never too soon to make a start on the arrangements, especially if you are to be married during the ‘busy season’ and have your heart set on a particular venue etc.

18 Months to 6 Months

See the Vicar/MinisterDecide the date and place for your wedding

Book Reception venueChoose Bridesmaids/Attendants/Best Man/Ushers

Make booking at Register office if you are to be married thereStart looking at wedding and bridesmaids dresses and accessoriesArrange flowers / Balloons for bridal party, church and reception

6 Months to 3 Months

Book your honeymoonArrange the cake

Start compiling a gift list if you are to have one Order Wedding stationery and start sending out invitations

Confirm Church/Registry OfficeVisit Jeweller and choose wedding rings

Check passports are in order if you are going abroad and organise a new one in the bride’s married nameBook any hired outfits

Start planning hen/stag night

1 Month to 2 Months

Meet with your vicar/minister to confirm music, bells, order of service details etcChoose presents for bridal party and have engraved if necessary

Consult your beautician/hairdresserShop for a going away outfit and honeymoon clothes

Organise accommodation for out of town guestsCheck your guest list and advise reception venue of final number

Have a dress rehearsal or final fitting of outfits in time for any alterations to be made

2 Weeks

Finalise reception detailsMake a final check on the services booked early, flowers, cars photography, disco etc

Check honeymoon arrangements Finalise and fit any hired outfits

Make up place cards/seating plans for reception

1 Week

Collect any hired outfitsPack for honeymoon and arrange for Best Man to take care of luggage on the day

Wrap presents for attendantsEnsure Best has correct fees for church etc.

After the Wedding

This is obviously left to family and friends so make sure that;

Any hired outfits are returnedLast minute thank you notes are posted

Anything borrowed is returned
