EditorialAfter welcoming more than 5 500 contestants in 2019, we are pleased to announce that the 8th edition of the Company Cup, the largest corporate sports challenge in France and in Europe, will once again take place on the 3rd, 4th and 5th July 2020, in collaboration with the town of Annecy.
In this brochure, you will discover all the sports and activities planned for this 8th edition and fi nd out what’s new on the fi rst weekend of July 2019.
As of now, we would like to welcome you to the Annecy Company Cup 2020.

BowlingIn teams of 4 or individually. 16 teams on Friday evening. 16 teams on Saturday morning. 64 individual games on Saturday afternoon. Individual fi nals on Sunday morning with the best 32 men and best 32 women. #c

pEach contestant can register for one of the following sports.For exceptional cases only, one participant may compete in 3 individual sports. Each participant must provide the organizers with a medical certifi cate stating no contraindication to practicing the selected sport in competition*. This certifi cate must be issued in the year before the event. Please note that no medical certifi cate is required for the following sports: Mölkky and E-sport..

OrienteeringIn teams of 2, by foot. There are approximately 25 beacons to fi nd in a limited time of 2 hours.
Basketball 3x3In teams of 4 or 5. Mixed tournament. Games of 3 players against 3 on a half-court, with 1 or 2 substitutes. 12 minutes games. Qualifying rounds on Saturday, fi nals on Sunday.
Beach Tennis on grassIn teams of 2 with 1 optional substitute. Mixed tournament. Qualifying rounds on Saturday, fi nals on Sunday.
City Trail One single race of approximately 10km in an urban setting. Individual participation or in teams of 4. The race takes place on Saturday morning.

BabyfootTournament in teams of 2
Uphill cyclingRace against the clock cycling up the Col des Contrebandiers. The race is 9km long, with 613m of positive ascent. The race takes place on Saturday afternoon. Bikes are not provided, don’t forget to bring your own.
Football 7x7In teams of 8 to 10. Mixed tournament. The games are played with 7 players against 7, including the goalkeeper, and 1 to 3 substitutes in addition. 1 half-time of 13 minutes. Qualifying rounds on Saturday, fi nals and consolation games on Sunday.

E-SportMixed tournament in teams of 2. Fifa 19 game on Playstation 4. Games on Saturday and Sunday.
Climbing Mixed competition in teams of 2. Speed contest on Saturday, and diffi culty climbing on Sunday.
Golf18 holes course at the Lake Annecy Golf Course. Individual mixed ranking on net and gross scores, for men and women with a handicap of less than 36. 90 places for Friday and 90 places for Saturday. Don’t forget to bring your own golf clubs, as they won’t be provided by the organisation team. Appropriate dress required.

MölkkyIn teams of 2, 1 optional substitute. The contestants will play both on Saturday and Sunday. The Mölkky games are provided
Handball on grassIn teams of 8 to 10. Mixed tournament. Games of 6 players against 6, including a goalkeeper, and 2 to 5 substitutes in addition. Games of two halves, lasting 7 minutes each. Qualifying rounds on Saturday, fi nals and consolation games on Sunday.

Dragon Boat In teams of 14 to 18 with 16 rowers and 2 optional substitutes. Minimum 2 women per boat during the races. Drummer and cox provided by
the organizers. Each team must complete both a 1 000m race and a 200m race.You will be able to book one boat per company from 28th
February 2020 onwards, and ask for a second boat on
the waiting list. Please contact us if you wish to organize
training sessions beforehand.

Stand Up PaddleRaces of approximately 300m in teams of 6 on a large paddleboard. 1 or 2 optional substitutes. One board per company. If you wish to register a second team, please add the name of your company on the waiting list until 28th February 2020.
Volleyball on grassIn teams of 5 or 6. Mixed tournament. One single set of 21 points, without any additional time. The games are played with 4 players against 4, and 1 to 2 substitutes. Qualifi cation rounds on Saturday, fi nals and consolation games on Sunday.
Touch RugbyIn teams of 8 to 10. Mixed tournament. Games of 6 players against 6, with 2 to 4 substitutes in addition. Two halves of 7 minutes each. Qualifying rounds on Saturday, fi nals and consolation games on Sunday.
Pétanque Triplets tournament. The contestants will play on Saturday and Sunday. Please bring your own petanque bowls.
Table TennisTournament in teams of 2. Game won after 11 points scored. One game is played in 2 singles and one double match. Qualifi cation rounds on Saturday and fi nals on Sunday.

TrailOne single 14km race on Sunday morning, with 1 000m of positive ascent. Individual ranking and in teams of 4.
BiathlonRelay race of 20m, 50m and 150m in teams of 4, with shooting. Prone shooting within 10m.
13Mixed teams: a mixed contest or tournament means that teams can be made up of men, women or both.
SwimmingOpen-water swimming in the lake of Annecy.Individual long-distance race 2 000m.

Highlight of the Company Cup, the medals ceremony rewards
companies and athletes based on diff erent criteria.
For each sport and category, the 3 best athletes win individual medals:
Gold, Silver and Bronze.
The Medals Trophy is awarded to the company with the most Gold
medals won.
For each sport, the 8 best athletes earn points for their company,
which can later allow them to win the trophy of their division.
A total of 5 divisions exist, depending on the number of employees
registered:
• 1st division: less than 10 contestants
• 2nd division: 10 to 20 contestants
• 3rd division: 21 to 50 contestants
• 4th division: 51 to 100 contestants
• 5th division : more than 100 contestants
The Team Spirit Trophy is awarded to the company with the most
employees taking part in the challenge.
The Funniest Company Trophy is awarded to the most eccentric
company!
The Commitment Trophy rewards the company with the most
participants registered, in comparison with the total number of
employees in the company.
The International Spirit Trophy rewards the company with the most
nationalities within its teams.

Teams can include employees, customers, suppliers… from
one or more companies, if they compete under the same
entity, company, organisation or institution. No minimum age
is required to participate in the Company Cup.
Companies can register one or more teams in one or more
sports.
Registration feesThe applied rates depend on the date of payment of your registration.
An additional fee of 18€ (excl. tax) per person will be required if you register for the following sports: biathlon, dragon boat, stand-up paddle fl y air XL and Golf.
Participation conditions It is not possible to register a person who doesn’t work in or with the company and is registered as a high-level athlete, or
the company will be disqualifi ed.
Any contestant caught using another athlete’s badge or participating in a sport other than the one he has registered for, will
be disqualifi ed.
Each contestant and company expressly authorize the organisation to use images (photos and videos) on which they could
appear, for any promotional purpose.
Modification and cancellation conditionsAny registration received by the organisation, subsequently cancelled by the client, will be refunded with cancellation fees as
listed below:
More than two months minimum before the event: 30€ (excl. tax) collected on the registration fee per cancelled participant.
From 60 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fee collected per cancelled participant..
One month before the event: no possible refunding.
If a contestant decides to change sports within the month before the event, this will be charged an extra 30€ and is subject to
availability.
