With their adv ice , I am proposing the followin g: • Establishment ofIdenti fication Review Office rs (2) at our Stat e Correctional Facility located in Saint Cloud, MN. This facility will be our central intake for all prisoners entering the Mirmesota corrections system. • Train (3) State Agents assig ned to ICE managed Task Forces. Two assigned to the Document and Benefit Fraud Task Force and One on the Human Trafficking Task Force. • Training facilities are available at the Bure au o f Criminal Apprehension offices in Saint Paul MN. Instructors ca n utilize computer training aids , videos, and any other materials they need in instructi ng persoIllle l. This program IN.iil allow us to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding that "Will enable us to participate "With ICE in identifying criminal illegal aliens who pose a risk to the citizens o f The State o f MiIlllesota.
