Mobile Maps & Routes Many sales managers and sales reps spend quite a bit of time on the road meeting with customers and prospects driving sales growth. We felt it was important to introduce mapping functionality within CRM to help the sales team plan their day, see what might be nearby and find the best way to get from point A to point B.

New Maps Integration with Nearby View When you are on the road, you may want to be able to see what is nearby so you can visit other Accounts, Contacts, Department or Leads. How do I quickly view New, My or Nearby Leads?

1. From CRM Home, tap the New, My or Nearby Leads

2. The count of your leads will update automatically.

3. To go directly to the leads in each category, just tap the # on your mobile device.

How can I quickly add a New Lead, Opportunity, Task or Activity?

1. The new CRM Home screen has 4 tiles for Leads, Opps, Tasks and Activities.

2. Just click on the white + sign to the right of the CRM document you would like to add.

How can I add a Quick note on my mobile device? To CRM?

1. Just touch on the new Quick note icon at the top of the screen.

2. Type in the details for your quick note. 3. Search and select your Relates To for the note. 4. Touch Save and your Quick Note will be added in

CRM.

1. Quick notes are activities that are completed. You

can find them by touching the Hamburger Menu

1. On your CRM Home screen, locate the section in the middle of the screen: Up Next Appointments.

2. Touch the + sign to add a new appointment

3. Fill in the New Appointment details on the screen.

4. Click or Touch Save.

What are Today’s Events? Can see more details?

1. Today’s events are your different Activities and Tasks that have a Due Date of Today and the status is not Completed.

2. Yes, you can drill down to see the Event (Activity, Task) details, just touch or click on the Event listed. The associated Event detail screen will be presented on your mobile device.

How can I change the Theme on my phone?

1. Your settings may be changed by touching or clicking on

the Menu button in the upper right hand corner of your mobile device.

2. Touch the Settings selection on your device.

3. Touch the Select Theme, under Theme Settings.

4. Scroll and select the Theme you want displayed on your mobile device.

5. Touch Done.

6. Touch Save.

How do I get to the Map?

1. Click on the Menu button in the upper right hand corner of your mobile device.

2. Touch the Map selection on your device.

New CRM Tiles Definitions Guide We have added guide to help you easily understand how things are defined on the CRM Home or My Day screen on your mobile device.

What are the New, My and Nearby Leads? New Leads are any leads that are in the New Status. They may be assigned to you, if you are a sales rep or they may be part of your territory, if you are a sales manager. For a business owner, they would be all leads that are in a New status. My Leads are leads that are assigned to directly to you, if you are a sales person. Sales Managers would see those leads that are assigned to them or their team. Business owners would see all the leads within CRM. Nearby Leads are those leads that are nearby your current location on your mobile device. They may be assigned to you personally, or if you have the privilege set in CRM to View ALL, this could be all leads that are nearby. If you have questions about what you are seeing on your mobile device, contact your Acsellerate Administrator, or email [email protected] .

What do the 30, 60, 90 mean for Opportunities? Just like the Show drop down in CRM, we have made your pipeline details available on our mobile device.

• The 30 displays the value of all your opportunities due to close in the next 30 days.

• The 60 displays the value of all your opportunities due to close in the next 60 days.

• The 90 displays the value of all your opportunities due to close in the next 90 days.

How are the Tasks defined for Today, Week and OverDue? The different time periods for tasks that are displayed on your CRM Home screen are defined below. Remember, Sales Managers and Business Owners may have a different count for tasks, since their view includes a roll up of Sales Managers and Sales Reps.

• Today displays the Tasks that are due today.

• Week displays the Tasks that are due this week. The week is typically Monday – Friday in CRM.

• OverDue displays the Tasks that are open and have not been completed by the due date in CRM.

How are the Activities defined for Today, Week and OverDue? The different time periods for Activities that are displayed on your CRM Home screen are defined below. Remember, Sales Managers and Business Owners may have a different count for activities, since their view includes a roll up of Sales Managers and Sales Reps.

• Today displays the Activities that are scheduled for today and the status is not completed.

• Week displays the Activities that are scheduled for this week and are not completed. The week is typically Monday – Friday in CRM.

• OverDue displays the Activities that scheduled and have not been completed by the due date in CRM.

Can I change the subsections for the CRM tiles? The different subsections on the CRM Home tiles are fixed and represent key KPI’s used in the industry. At this time the values are fixed and may not be modified.

Where are my Quick notes? Quick notes are an activity and can be found on your activity list. They are added and completed automatically.

How many Up Next Appointments are displayed? We display up to 5 Up Next Appointments on the new CRM Home screen.

What are Up Next Appointments? They are appointments that are scheduled for Today.

Can I change the # of Up Next Appointment displayed? Not currently. 5 is the maximum # of results that will be displayed.

How many of Today’s Events are displayed? We display up to 5 Today’s Events on the new CRM Home screen.

Can I change the # Today’s Events that are displayed? Not currently.

What are Today’s Events? Today’s events are activities and tasks that are due today.

What is Nearby? CRM uses the location of your mobile device or tablet to define where you are. Based upon the Distance setting in your user preferences, nearby are those entities (Accounts, Departments, Contacts, Leads, etc.) that are within X miles or KM of where you are located.

Are there other Themes available? Currently we have 3 themes for you set in Mobile. Have a suggestion on other theme options? Just send an email to [email protected]

What is a Marker? Markers are like pins that show where you are on your mobile device and where your Accounts, Departments, Leads and Contacts are on the Map. Each marker is color coded for easy identification. Check the Map Help Guide and the Navigation and UI Icons table for additional details.

Something is wacky with the maps, it isn’t finding the location of my contact, accounts, departments, etc. Why? We run all the different CRM entities through a geo locating service. However, it is not uncommon that the address you have on file is a PO Box, or may not be available to be mapped. You may want to double check the address and update CRM to ensure more accurately generates map results for you.
