To locate disconnect lever holes, place the disconnect assemblies flush against each corner and mark the holes.

Predrill the front face frame hole in the cabinet.

Insert #8 x 5/8" pan head positioning screw.

Reinstall drawers with drawer fronts attached. To perform horizontal adjustment (grey cam), first turn the black cam one quarter turn counter clockwise to unlock. Vertical adjustment is actuated by the blue cam. Re-lock the cam after adjustments are made.

Remove drawer and install #8 x 5/8" pan head fixing screws.

Insert the drawer. Push until drawer "ratchets" in to the desired depth. The rear bracket will align the slides parallel to one another.

Locate and drill 3/8" deep drawer hook holes

Insert a #8 x 5/8" flat head screw.

Install rear bracket onto slide.

Locate rear face frame bracket hole.

Bottom mount brackets are ordered as a kit, or in bulk. Brackets are provided in zinc finish. Order one kit per pair of slides.

To order the kit, specify part number 4180-0569-XE. Each kit contains 4 bottom mount brackets, 8 each #8-32 x 1/4" self-tapping screws and one installation sheet.
