A CfD model is fine as we have experience with this model
Trading against the wholesale market is fine
A tariff of about 1.3 UScent/kWh is acceptable
We need high degree of geographic freedom between production and consumption
We have no special requirements for tax incentives apart from what is normally
granted to RE projects
Priority dispatch on wholesale market
Priority should be given to time efficiency, meaning the framework to be agreed and
finalised in the soonest time
