I would like to end the term by making a special mention to all of our wonderful tamariki at our kura. Our assembly last Friday was a wonderful reminder of just how capable our students are. There was a wide variety of acknowledgements and presentations. A special mention should go to Kit and Phoenix who so bravely stood in front of their peers and parents and presented their speeches so confidently and clearly. The way their peers sat and listened respectfully and then acknowledged both boys when they had finished was also a wonderful moment. The third term has certainly been another busy one. We have had the Kapa Haka festival, the weekly swimming lessons, GTT and Paddock to Plate, the Rippa Rugby World Cup and of course, many different learning opportunities in the classrooms. Thank you to all of the staff and our tamariki for the effort you have put in. Thank you also to our parents, whānau and wider community members for your continued support. Another Term has Come to an EndKia Ora whānau, As I write this week’s newsletter, and in particular this opening piece, I find myself wondering where the last 10 weeks have gone. I cannot believe that we are in the last week of Term 3. If you are anything like me, it does become a little concerning that time seems to be flying past before we have had a time to blink.

I would like to end the term by making a special mention to all of our wonderful tamariki at our kura. Our assembly last Friday was a wonderful reminder of just how capable our students are.
