One Portal
Consolidates multiple Legacy Partner systems into one portal
Single Sign-On (SSO) to Partner Management Tools
SSO access to the following tools from the logged in home page: (NOTE: Access to these tools are based on eligibility and Partner Type)
• LenovoLeads.com (NCB/Deal Reg)
• Brandmuscle (Rebates status)
• SPIFF Program (For eligible partners)
Dynamic Content on Logged In Home Page
• View recently added announcement letters and files
• View recently added training courses
• View into completed training courses and certifications
Improved Announcement Letter/Price List Search Tool
Faster, easy and robust filtering options, mobile friendly
Mobile friendly
Pages scale properly and are more user friendly on mobile devices.
Cohesive Look and Feel with the Public LPN Site
The Partner Login Area now looks and functions the like the public LPN site, giving
you a familiar environment to work in.

• Order Visibility Portal (OVP)
• Lenovo Partner Ordering System (LPOS)
• Sales Reporting (SSO coming Feb. 2016)
New Logged In Home Page
New Announcement Letter/Price List Search Tool MCN Reports: Partners that access MCN reports through lenovopartneraccess.com will need to continue to do so.
These reports will be migrated to the new logged in area of LPN in February 2016.

New Partner Portal Home Page Overview
What’s New Section These fields will be populated with recently added
announcement letters, pricing lists and training courses in real
time.
Account Support Displays Sales Rep information
if Partner has a dedicated rep.
Profile & Email Settings Update your profile and email
preferences.
Product & Program Files Links provide you a filtered view of these particular
items in the new File Search Tool.
Programs Management Offers single sign-on links to LenovoLeads.com,
SPIFF Program, and Sales Incentives Tools.
Order Management Offers single sign-on links to Sales Reporting,
LPOS* and OVP* tools.
Your Training Courses Displays partner’s completed training and
certification courses.
The SPIFF box/link will not appear if the
partner is flagged in Salesforce as SPIFF
ineligible.
LPOS and OVP boxes/links will not be
visible to a T2 partner. Only visible for
Disty, DRC/T1 partners

Informative Results Easily view file descriptions,
announcement letter numbers,
dates when files were added and
updated and file sizes.
Access the new File Search Tool by clicking on
the Product and Program files links from the
navigation or links in body of the home page.
