Management TrainingThis training is an introduction to organizational behavior and focuses on how management level actions, behaviours, and decisions impact the behaviours and performance of organizational team structures. Participants will learn how understanding the psychological conditioning of otherstheir values, needs, wants, comfort, and boundariescan enhance your ability as a manager to motivate, delegate, resolve con icts, and improve team performance.

StructureThe management training provided by Nine Mile Management Consulting are speci cally tailored to your companys needs. Our approach is to incorporate as many of the real situations and challenges that your business faces and to develop the internal skills and capabilities in order to face them head-on. Our courses are meant to be engaging, interactive, while exposing new industry trends and teaching fundamentals. We employ the case method to place participants in situations where they are required to directly apply learnings - solving industry relevant problems and nding parallels to the internal challenges faced. The e-Tablet format enhances the way learners interact and engage, and provides students full access to course content, reading material, background information, and presentation slides -- making it a fresh and innovative way to learn. The e-tablet is also integrated into course activities, where participants can use it as a means to record and deliver their presentations; receive analysis of their verbal and non-verbal cues and projections.
